Minimums vary based on the label type, but we can accommodate both small and large production runs. Pricing does get significantly more expensive the smaller the order is. This is due to the main setup and run of the Press.

Online Orders have all accepted payment methods listed at the bottom of our website. For custom label orders we accept Visa or MasterCard, E-Transfers, Cash, EFT Payments, Company Cheques and Business Accounts with Credit Application Approval.

We use local couriers within the Fraser Valley & Lower Mainland with Regular or Expedited services (additional charges may apply). As well as Canada Post & major carriers for across Canada shipments.

Turnaround time varies based on order size and complexity, but most custom orders are completed within 7-10 business days after artwork approval, depending on material & scheduling availability.

We accept AI, PDF, EPS, and high-resolution PNG or JPG files. Vector files are preferred for the best quality. Check out our Artwork Guidelines for more information.

For precise colour matching, we recommend using Pantone Colours or physical samples. This ensures consistency and accuracy, as digital representations may not reflect true colours. Providing a Pantone reference or a physical sample will help achieve the best possible match.
